Check in is from 3:30pm to 7pm (later time by prior arrangement)

Check out is 10:30am or 11am if no breakfast is required.  We like to give guests this option as you may like a sleep in and then have brunch in a local cafe.

Children - all guests are to be over the age of 13, due to the nature of the property it is not suitable for children

Disabled - unfortunately due to the nature of this property it is not suitable for disabled access, both rooms are upstairs

Smoking - this is a non smoking property

Pets - sorry no animals can be catered for

On site - there are no pets or children living on the property

Occupancy - each room has a maximum capacity of 2 adults.  Unfortunately no additional visitors can be accommodated during your stay.

Damages - Any damages or excessave cleaning to be paid buy guests

Payment Policy

• 50% of the total room charge is required to secure your booking.
• Payments to be made on line using the calendar on this site or via direct deposit on invoice
• Balance to be paid on departure
• Prices may change through the year
• Any breakages or damages to be paid in full buy guest

Cancellation Policy

• Fees will apply if your booking is cancelled 72 hrs before booking was made
• 3 - 0 days from booking date 100% of booking rate charged for first night booked

We highly recommend guests arrange travel insurance in the case of unforeseen cancellations..
